Return / Exchange

Let us know within 10 days of delivery if your SpiritCape is the wrong size or didn't meet expectations. Must be unused and in new condition with tags, stickers, and packaging. No restocking fee, but shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged, please send us a picture within 24 hours of delivery.

Safety

SpiritCape is 99% nylon..which comes from oil. If you're concerned this might irritate your skin or cause other health side effects, don't buy SpiritCape.

Also, nylon is semi-impermeable, which means it does not breathe very well. Be wary of overheating, suffocating, and drowning. And, stay away from fire, heaters, and what not — because, melting.

Finally, there are probably other risks and unintended consequences we have missed. Buy/wear/share/gift/whatever SpiritCape at your own caution.

Flag Code

For clear and simple marketing, we describe SpiritCape as a wearable flag. The truth is, SpiritCapes are not repurposed flags, but garments built from scratch. Your information is yours and we have great respect for it. We use your information internally to give you the best experience we can. If we have to, we share as little information as necessary when using outside service providers to help run spiritcape.com. We won't spam you with newsletters and updates or sell your information to advertisers. We try has hard as possible to protect your information from hackers, but they are smart bastards and might breach our efforts. If your information is abused by an employee, service provider, hacker, or other person or entity, we will pursue all legal action and notify you as soon as possible.
